U.K ; The points-based system for skilled workers who have a job offer from an approved employer sponsor.

The route has five tiers, each with different criteria and requirements. In order to qualify for the route, an individual must meet the criteria of one of the five tiers. The tiers are as follows:

1. Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent): For individuals who are internationally recognised as world leaders or potential world-leaders in the fields of science and the arts.

2. Tier 2 (General): For skilled workers who have a job offer from an approved employer sponsor in the UK.

3. Tier 3 (Low-skilled Workers): For low-skilled workers filling specific temporary labour shortages.

4. Tier 4 (Students): For students who have been offered a place on a course of study in the UK.

5. Tier 5 (Youth Mobility and Temporary Workers): For individuals aged 18-30 from certain countries who wish to live and work in the UK for up to two years.
