Career Episode Report (CER)

A CDR should include a cover letter, a summary statement, a career episode, and a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) report. The cover letter should include an introduction and an outline of the applicant’s professional background, as well as a statement of why they believe they are suitable for the visa being applied for. The CPD report should be a comprehensive list of the applicant’s professional development and should include information such as any courses taken, any professional memberships, and any other activities that demonstrate their commitment to professional development. 

CDR is a document that demonstrates the technical expertise and professional capabilities of a particular engineer in a particular field. It is essentially a portfolio of your engineering skills and experience, which is evaluated by the assessing authorities to determine your suitability for the job.
