The ESOS Framework is a set of guidelines created by the Australian government to ensure that the international students studying in Australia are protected and their rights are respected. The ESOS Framework provides a set of minimum standards that education providers must meet in order to be approved by the Australian government. These standards include:

- Protections against discrimination and harassment

- Disclosure of relevant information to students  

- Compliance with visa conditions  

The ESOS Framework is designed to ensure that international students studying in Australia are treated fairly and have access to the support services they need. Education providers must comply with the ESOS Framework in order to be approved by the Australian government and receive international students.
