Anzsco Code for Australian Immigration

The ANZSCO code is a four-digit code which is assigned to each occupation listed in the ANZSCO list. It is used to identify the skills and experience that are required for a particular occupation. This code helps the Australian government to determine the skill level of potential immigrants, and to ensure that they are able to meet the requirements for the visa they are applying for.

The 189 visa is for skilled independent migrants, and the 190 visa is for those sponsored by a state or territory government. The 491 visa is a regional sponsored visa, and it is aimed at immigrants who are willing to live and work in regional areas of Australia. In order to be eligible for any of these visa categories, applicants must be assessed according to the ANZSCO list of occupations.

The ANZSCO code is used to assess the skills and experience of potential immigrants. The code is based on the International Standard Classification of Occupations, and it is used to identify the skill level of a particular occupation. The code is divided into four major divisions, which are:

Division 1: Professional occupations in natural and applied sciences

Division 2: Professional occupations in engineering, manufacturing and construction

Division 3: Professional occupations in health, education and social services

Division 4: Professional occupations in business and financial services

Each of the four divisions is further divided into sub-divisions, and each sub-division is further divided into sub-groups. Each sub-group contains a list of specific occupations which are assigned an ANZSCO code. The code is used to assess the skills and experience of potential immigrants, and to determine if they are eligible for the visa categories they are applying for.

For example, a software engineer would be coded as 2231-11 in the Anzsco Code system. This would be in the Information and Communication Technology Professionals category with the sub-category of Software and Applications Programmers.

The ANZSCO code is an important tool for assessing the skills and experience of potential immigrants. It helps the Australian government to ensure that the right skills and experience are being assessed for eligibility for the 189, 190, and 491 visa categories. It is important for potential immigrants to understand the code and to make sure that they meet the criteria. This will help ensure that their visa application is successful.
